Beautiful golden color revealed after an initial foam up that disintegrates into tiny rising bubbles. The aromas a strictly apple driven; ripe, rich apple notes enveloped in a soft, farmyard halo. Structurally this is primarily a bitter tannin arrangement with a modicum of acid. It could use a touch more. Slightly sweet apple dominate the flavors. It’s a linear cider that doesn’t give way to much beyond the apple besides a bitter note and a touch of wood/earth. An authentic but somewhat simple Norman cider.
