Brilliant liquid of light orange and rose colors with tiny, measured bubbles on the rise. A distinctly sweet caramel aroma hits first. Baked pear with notes of tropical fruit. Distinct and intense. Sweet pear notes consume the palate. This is sweet, fruit-forward cider that is someone of a one note. The light body also delivers up a sweet barnyardy character on to the palate. Good tannins support and otherwise somewhat acid free Perry that finishes with distinct and attractive floral notes. Somewhat simple but very well made Perry from England’s Herefordshire.
